Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Solana Sniper Bot Solana sniper bot platform at sniperbotsolana.com (the "Service"), operated by Solana Sniper Bot, Arnold-Winkelried 6, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the bot dashboard, or using any feature of our automated Solana trading bot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solana Sniper Bot provides a web-based Solana token sniper platform that:

• Monitors Solana blockchain DEXes (Pump.fun, Bonk.fun, Raydium, Orca, Jupiter) for newly launched tokens in real time
• Executes automated buy and sell transactions on your behalf using your provided Solana wallet private key, processed entirely client-side in your browser
• Applies configurable safety filters, take-profit targets, stop-loss levels, and strategy templates
• Sends optional activity notifications via Telegram

The Service is a software tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services.

3. Profit-Share Fee Model

Use of the Solana Sniper Bot bot is subject to the following fee structure:

• Profit-share fee: 1% of the gross profit on each trade where a net gain is realized
• No subscription fees: There are no monthly, annual, or per-use subscription charges
• Loss trades: No fee is charged on trades that result in a net loss
• Fee deduction: Fees are automatically deducted from trade proceeds via smart contract interaction at the time of the sell transaction

We reserve the right to modify the fee structure with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of revised fees.

4. Wallet Security and Private Keys

Your Solana wallet private key is processed entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript and is never transmitted to, stored on, or logged by our servers. You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your device and browser environment
• Using a dedicated trading wallet with limited funds allocated specifically for bot trading
• Keeping your private key confidential and not sharing it with any third party
• Any transactions executed by the bot using your private key

We strongly recommend using a dedicated hot wallet for the Solana sniper bot with only the capital you are willing to risk. Never use a wallet containing your primary holdings.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

By using our Pump.fun sniper bot and other DEX sniping features, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency volatility: Digital asset prices can decrease to zero rapidly and without warning
• Rug pulls and scams: Newly launched tokens carry an extremely high risk of fraudulent abandonment, even with safety filters enabled
• Smart contract risk: DEX smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities beyond our control
• Network conditions: Solana network congestion, RPC failures, or validator issues may delay or fail transactions
• Bot performance: Past sniping performance does not guarantee future results
• Regulatory risk: The regulatory status of automated cryptocurrency trading varies by jurisdiction

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Conduct market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive trading practices
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service interface itself
• Circumvent any technical or access restrictions
• Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where automated cryptocurrency trading is prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, and materials on sniperbotsolana.com are the exclusive property of Solana Sniper Bot or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RAYDIUM SNIPER BOT OR OTHER FEATURES WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR TRADING OUTCOME.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLANA SNIPER BOT, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solana Sniper Bot and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any trades executed through your wallet via the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, the profit-share fee obligation for completed trades remains due.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland. Users in the European Union retain the right to bring claims before their local courts as provided by applicable EU consumer protection law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated Terms. Continued use of the Solana Sniper Bot bot platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
